How to use
Directions:
Take one Gut Repair™ capsule per day with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Mix 9 g (one scoop) of Collagen Restore™ into your coffee, tea, juice, smoothies or yoghurt.
Add 7.5 g of L-Glutamine into your coffee, tea, juice, water, smoothies or yoghurt.
Can be used with all other My Way Up® products.
